      It’s a very strong quote, and I know that. But, what if you could simplify it to the point that those words make totally sense?

      Following the 1st Letter in this double shot, I’m talking about how to actually “hack” your brain. Yes, it will allow you to, at least, have a better perspective on how to observe things and how to help your “datalife” (I just invested this one) to be more aligned with what you truly want to achieve in life.

      This is the second Letter of Manifesting Reality.

      We’ve seen so far that all your memories, your experiences and ongoing life has pretty much a brain-breathing-mechanism.

      How so?

      Your brain compress itself to 60% of its size, and everything you have seen in your day starts to be data archived, which can be accessed by yourself at any moment.

      In this way, when you remember something, you’re actually adapting a compressed interpretation of what happened in that “memory” and filling the blank spots to what’s important to you in the current moment.

      (so crazy how we’re perfect functional machines. I particularly love it)


      Continuing from that we can extract a lot of practical or, even better, philosophical ways of living and perceiving all the reality around us.

      It’s already a win-win just for touching this kind of “tool”, of understanding how your brain and memories breathe.

      I remember the first time I read that piece of information; at the same time that it made a lot of sense, it also brought me the fire of using memory as in fact my personal tool to build my current reality.

      In the end, it’s exactly what it is.

      As you dive deep in this interpretation, you understand that what you’re perceiving in this moment is the most important aspect of living. And everything that can be favorable to that perception is a very interesting new gadget to how you experience the world

      In short: you can use memory as validation to moment.

      But, what if everything your memory brings to you is everything that you don’t want to see anymore?

      What if you have a very high cached “datalife”?

      What if, even with the cleaning your brain does every night (the buffering) is not enough to take off that same program running in the background of your machine?

      The beauty about being able to resignify your memories is that you travel in time in the current moment, being able to bring that program back to focus and resignify it to be useful in the life you’re living right now.

      So, for the “what if”s above, we can transform them in a better question:

      What if the delay/program-in-the-background you’re experiencing now is not a buffering issue from the Universe, but an error on your own input code?

      Most people are trapped in the Striver mindset (we’re gonna explore this in the end of the Letter):

      • You want things badly
      • You hustle your ass off
      • You push yourself too hard

      However, at the same time, you’re constantly stressed about not having it yet.

      We all know that feeling, right?

      This is what happens when you internalize and accept the archetype of The Striver; consequently, this is what I meant about the input code:

      Everything you live by and try to achieve, pass through (input) the filter (code) of “I’m doing a lot and I’m going to keep doing a lot until I reach the results”

      Going back to the buffering analogy: you’re living life without caching (in some cases, you literally happening don’t even sleep).

      So, you burn a fucking immense amount of energy, but when it comes to the results, always seems like they’re cut in half.

      Don’t get me wrong here; I’m not saying that you don’t need to work or that you do need to put yourself into movement and take action.

      I’m pointing out that by focusing on the lack from the work being done, you’re energetically affirming to the Grid: “I still don’t have this right now and it’s gonna take a while to get”.

      Can you understand the difference?

      You’re not going to achieve something in the future by your actions.

      The achievement is happening right now in the effort you put towards the goal/idea/reality.

      The illusion of you having to get to “somewhere else” before you can finally be fulfilled, is the same illusion from that fish trying to get to the ocean to be able to experience water.

      The Equation

      Basically, this is how you can start to think: How to migrate your Brain and “reality experience” from a Linear Timelineto a Dimensional Leap?

      Everything around you is precisely the result of what this Equation is bringing here.

      We usually catch ourselves in the thoughtframe of a static reality, happening outside and waiting for your interaction; being powerless to change any composition situations and/or order of facts.

      What happens in the external world is settle and cannot be modulated.

      Partially, this is true. Most of the times, you’re not taking in consideration to whole range of possibilities, right?

      If you’re not focusing on something, this something is only happening in the background of your life, not being the experience itself.

      It’s not the focus, but it doesn’t mean that it’s not there.

      When you’re driving your car thought the city, or when you’re reading in a park, going to the beach, hitting the gym, having dinner with friends, you’re not noticing:

      That ant taking that leaf and still working in the background.

      That bee smelling that flower and still working in the background.

      That drop of water evaporating because of the heat and still happening in the background.

      (those are just simple examples of the amount of “realities” happening in the background that you’re not aware all of the time)

      The first layer of reality is composed of what you’re giving attention to.

      Furthermore, if you bring your awareness to other things happening in the “path of our habitual perception”, you’re stepping even closer in the realm of how it works to have a 45º Shift and the Dimensional Leap I mentioned before. 

      Nothing is not happening, at the same time everything happening to you is only what you’re giving Attention to.(sometimes I rhyme)


      Additionally, that’s exactly how you can perceive what’s The Grid of your surroundings and what’s actually your Bubble which I’ve been talking about in all The Grid Letters through this Blog. 


      Now, we just reach to the point of what I believe it’s the Domain (the basis and foundation) of this (kind of) new way of thinking, perceiving and experiencing.

      Attention is the first block of how you build your own (new) reality.

      It’s through Attention that you can filter the input of what you believe is true, what you accept as possible and how you interact with the informations that are coming to you at every tiny moment: giving them the main role position or putting them in the background.

      Attention is your Reticular Activating System (RAS); and its function is not to show you “Reality”, but it’s to show you what you believe is relevant.

      (if you believe in “delay” and “hustle your balls off”, your RAS filters out the arrival)

      Consequently (following the Equation), the second block of your built perception is Intention towards something or what you put in the main role position.

      *(In order okay? Let’s keep following this)

      Imagine that you decide to play a brand new game you just bought.

      This game gives you the opportunity to choose the map, what’s the composition of this map and even the size of this map (Attention).

      Now, after that be settle, is time to understand how you gonna interact with the board and the map.

      Intention is the real “game changing” here. It’s what brings the weight to the Equation.

      Together with Intention you can choose how dynamically the game is gonna be played.

      Because of that, we give Intention the role of 1st Creative Part. The bright creative part.

      Intention is what allows you to inject your own personality to the new ground of Attention that you just entered previously.

      Last but not least, you have the Resistance in the Equation.

      I don’t know why, but this one appears in my mind every time as the “misunderstood cousin”.

      You know, that family member that is always playing alone and no one really knows how to talk with him? (I’m this guy); there you go.

      It’s, perhaps, what gives the Equation the right amount of balance. It’s indeed the coefficient of existence; the one that provides life itself, in terms of what reality can be in the material world and how to modulate it.

      If we keep the game metaphor, Resistance would be the rules of that game.

      Not the general rules like “which game is it?” or if it’s a dice’s game vs a card’s game.

      But it’s that variable which allows you to moderate the board and understand how the game “should” be played in the most healthy way.

      Resistance is the 2nd Creative Part. We can call it as the dark creative part.

      Electrical Metaphor

      Making my research about “how this equation appeared in my mind?” and tracing a relationship with other Nature forces, I found a law that talks about that very similarly when in the energetic and thermodynamics field (of course).

      To make it simple and easy to visualize, the Omh’s Law is the foundation principle of electrical energy and circuit design.

      The equation for that is “Flow = Voltage / Resistance”, which we can relate Voltage with being the same as Intention x Attention.

      But, how those things really relate to each other?

      If you pay attention, in any ecosystem the laws of energy remain incredibly consistent.
      Here is how we trace this parallel:

      • Voltage = Attention x Intention

      In physics, Voltage is the potential energy pushing electrons through the conductor. In the Equation, Intention x Attentionbecomes your mental potential energy. Intention provides the direction and desire to have something happening, and Attention is your focus and “continuous power supply”.

      More Intention = More power and Speed

      More Attention = More energy towards something in specific

      • Resistance (which has the exactly the same name)

      Resistance in physics is ‘the material opposition to the flow of electrons (like a very thin wire or a poor conductor)”. Is that specific thing blocking your outcome.

      This could be internal friction (limiting beliefs, burnout) or the increase of external friction, created by yourself (cofcof of course cofcof) like bad workflows, inefficient use of your energy during the day, etc. I find it very funny how those w things affect each other, don’t you?

      • Flow = Manifested Reality

      Who would say that Flow is the answer, right? Could you guess? 😅

      But, yes. The Current in physics, is the same as Manifesting Reality in the physical world.

      And I loved that the name in physics is Flow, by the way.

      I’m also in love with this thing I was able to create with AI to bring to life this example.

      I hope it helps you to visualize.

      Voltage (Intention) can be rocket to the absolute maximum (when there’s Resistance).

      However, if the wire is too thin (Low Attention) or the conductor is terrible (High Resistance), the actual speed of the current slows down to a crawl.

      The energy has nowhere to go.

      Did you notice something else…?

      Resistance cannot ever go to zero.

      First of all, in Mathematics, everything that you multiply or divide by zero just vanishes, becomes zero.

      So, Manifesting Reality do not exist in this “zero” scenario.

      And, this other one I didn’t know: you cannot connect a power source directly to itself with a wire that has zero resistance, you create a short circuit (indeed I made that at home sometimes).

      Without anything in the middle of the current, the whole workflow instantly spikes to an infinite level. The voltage has nothing to push against, so it dumps all its potential energy in a fraction of a second.

      Goes high and goes the lowest possible, crashing.

      What we can extract from that?

      The biggest Resistance is your own body.
      (and, when I say that, is everything that comes with that like your family, genetics, etc…)

      Simply being alive and operating in space-time introduces baseline friction.

      However, if you’re in a state of Flow, your Resistance is ≤ 1.

      Understanding that, is what is gonna lead us to understand the 3 types of Archetypes who Manifest Reality daily around us (and ourselves, indeed);
