Bubbles are very curious things.
The pinnacle of entertainment for some kids (and adults) in Festivals: blow soap bubbles away and see them dancing freely in the air.
And indeed they are magic. Do you even take your time to notice those colors and movements? They float gently, catching light, swirling colors, making the sky itself look alive for a few brief seconds.
I don’t even have the words to explain the colors. But I can try for sure saying that there’s a mix of blue sky with multicolored painting splash kind of manifestation chemistry happening.
That’s why I say it’s magical:
— They change depending on our point of view
— They keep us hypnotized
— They stops time when they are flowing
The Bubbles of reality
For that reason, I start this Newsletter asking:
Have you ever walked into a room and had the sensation that something was turned around? Or, in the same way, walked into another room that just took off all the weight of your shoulders?
Keeping people in mind now, have you ever felt that some conversations brings you straight back to life and other conversations brings the sensation that all your energy was sucked up?
I perceive this king of things literally in colora around me.
When I notice those nuances, it’s like the saturation of my surroundings have just changed, you know?
The greens become grayish sometimes. Or the sky just give me the most blue color I ever see in my life… depending in how my interactions goes and how aware I am of their influence.
I’m pretty aware that sometimes we feel things that do not belong to us.
And I can relate that with the sensation you have time to time of carrying more weight than you suppose to be carrying.
The same sensation as going out of the house with a backpack and ends up the day dragging a huge suitcase.
I like to call this invisible bag as The Bubble.
Your backpack or your huge suitcase is like an invisible force field. It’s always present, even when you barely notice it.
You become used to live your life charging and discharging day after day. Sometimes your night’s sleep is not enough to bring your energy back.
This thing you are getting and putting energy from/of is the Bubble around you
And when I say bubble, it’s exactly what you’re imagining: A Translucent, spongy, sensible and malleable thing.
Pretty like in a daily basis, it absorb emotions, energies and unspoken intentions from others.
Literally exchanging anything internal with the external world, and vice-versa.
Are you follow me?
Your Bubble is what makes you feel instantly comfortable with some people and uneasy with others. No words needed to that happen.
Acknowledging that everything you consume and interact with encourages yourself to follow your intuition is what matters the most here.
And your Bubble is the most loyal way to start to understand what that means.
All the time, in everything you do, your field (the thing that is around you and it’s not physical) is being disturbed. But you don’t need to be wrapped in the noise and emotional pollution of the environment. Also, you don’t need to feel excitement from what’s happening outside.
You have the power to observe how this field is responding to the distortion and the all time new inputs, and filters what gonna come inside.
That’s what we are going to explore better this time.
That’s basically the way you can understand your Bubble and it will allow you to be more trustful about what you’re sensing or felling.
It’s kind of weird at first: having no “validational ground” of the external reality to support your assumptions…
But real confidence is just in the other side of the bridge.
The Real Magic
I’ve “discovered” that this Bubble its not something just passive, that reacts.
It’s pretty alive and you can shape it.
Most of the time you’re reflecting about what works better for you, and for what you recognize as you, in how you can interact in the most productive way with people, environments and situations, right?
I’m doing that most of the time, it’s a great exercise. Trust me.
However, the goal is not doing it in a stressful way.
The real crux comes from this question:
How to handle those dissipated loose emotions flying freely in the “air”?
It comes in order to realize you are indeed inside a Bubble which sense your surrounds before you make it conscious.
By noticing it, you start to understand that something faster than you is filling the places before you arrive, or even that something is welcoming you before you reach wherever you are going.
Some “thing” gets there before you.
But “gets” what? Where? Everything and Everywhere.
So, I’m gonna give you a clue: you’re already noticing all that’s happening.
Right now.
All around you.
Before it even reaches your Consciousness, a real conversation between your force field and your Unconscious is happening.
The Bubble is a way to picture your power of action and the power of actions of others in the “playground” in a manner that makes it easier to start to get serious about it your own impressions and, sometimes, goosebumps.
“What’s the Magic stuff you keep pointing out?”
No rounds here:
You can shape your bubble.
By changing it I’m not saying that you can go to a store, take your own force field and renew it as a piece of clothe, picking up another one that “fits you better” and that’s it. Not such a thing.
But you can nourish it.
A long time ago I was talking to a person who said to me something like that: “Hey, man, look… good taste is not something you can create. You have to born with it.”
At that time, I was pretty sure that what he was saying was right.
Nowadays, I can see the grotesque mistake about that.
Everything we are and everything we reverberate in our Grid is a reflection of what we consume. And I even allow myself to say that we’re still those kids we used to be that learn by coping..
The major difference here is that as adults we don’t like to admit it.
Furthermore, the package of references you have today may be (it is in fact) dictating your perception. After all, you are what you consume.
Not just what you eat with your mouth that you call food.
However this is true for your body, you can extend that to all types of consumption that you’re involved with in a daily basis.
How can you change and shape your Bubble, tho?
It’s important to come to this in a real analysis of yourself and kind of what’s your personality is based on.
I’ll bring some questions that can ease this reflection for us.
Try to be real honest here:
— What kind of music you are listening to? What the lyrics are talking about?
— What kind of Social Media content are you engaging with? Is that good, bad, neutral?
— If you open your Youtube account, what’s the videos in the suggested Homepage? Are they somehow bringing you health inputs?
— How do people start a conversation with you? What’s the first thing they share or ask?
— Why do people search you for? What’s the aspect of the interaction?
— What are you inclined to click in the Instagram search suggestions?
— Which type of thing you’re indeed thinking everyday?
Your Bubble changes from inside out. Although you feed your field with what you keep your attention into in your daily life.
Managing to be more aware about what you’re consuming allows you to be more in harmony with what you’re expressing that are the results of that.
You can notice how those things are affecting you.
You can start by paying attention to your breath. To your laugh (and what you find funny). To your own rhythm and movement.
Through that, you can make some distinctions, like:
— What’s making you more anxious? What’s keeping you present?
— What’s keeping you alert? What’s makes you calm?
— How do you feel after that interaction (with people, content, places)?
This allows you to enter in a positive loop in potentialize what you express and what you consume that makes you feel good.
That seems right, you know?
Giving you the opportunity to live embracing life experiences that makes more sense (the highest ones, with depth) and embracing beautiful and inspiring things.
Afterwards, you’re teaching yourself to recognize it by your own discernment.
Starts to sense your Inner Guidance System
Here you have some Key Strategies that are always helping me with the cleaning up of my Bubble.
I make those exercises to be more aware of my exchanges with my environment:
Pause in different situations and ask “How does my filed feel right now”?
You let your mind speaks to your body. You enables the conscious part of your existence to dance with the Unconscious. The “whole you” keeps tracking in the feeling and the meaning of what’s going on.
Practice distinguishing what emotions belongs to you—and what you’re picking from others
It’s important to be aware that not all the things you’re feeling comes from inside out. Some feelings are phagocytosed(there’s no better way to describe it) by your field, your Bubble. Learn to discriminate it.
Time to time is necessary to focus a lil bit more of attention on the Bubble Hygiene
Sleep, movement, breathwork, yoga, nature, music, working out—all supports your filed to stay clear and vibrant. Be in communion with other people (the right people) also do that, but it can get in the way on how to recognize yourself and your own Bubble health***.*** It’s very important to know your rhythm by “isolation” too.
Pay attention to places, people, conversations
Who expands your Bubble? Who contracts it? That’s it.
Don’t force your Bubble into perfection
The real hackloop to engage is this ongoing experiment is in the scientific method itself— moving with Curiosity over Control. Work just like that:
Insight → Testing → Collecting Data → Analysis → Result
Playfully observe your Bubble like was something else different from you, like a pet or a flower in a garden. Examine it to understand it.
The Holographic Vision
After all of that, by looking at things from this perspective, we can come to a subtle conclusion but a strong one; which is:
There’s two basic ways to be experiencing the world:
Things are happening all around yourself and to you in a random way
You’re a active agent in reverberation of the frequencies around you
Wherever you go or whoever you talk to, there’s an opportunity there to jump from the 1st stage to the 2nd stage.
So, imagine you’re crossing someone in the street, or stops to talk to a person you don’t know. Or asks the price to some salesman in a random store.
Or that you are somewhere, with someone (can be an event or even a small reunion), basically, any situation you encounter yourself interacting in the external world…
Out of the sudden, you feel drained; you feel like something entered your space.
The feeling that an object kinda broke your field, you know?
Instead of feeling bad speculating if something is wrong, you realize:
“I can shift it. I can interfere in the way my Bubble reacts to it.”
You realize you can shift your state of being right at the spot by just noticing it with close attention
Like, what’s tending your field in that moment and how you can enhance your power over how it cannot mess with your balance.
Remember I said it’s just another way of visualize reality and interactions? Right…
Your Bubble, being translucent and alive, can give you the possibility of actually change reality.
(we have this phenomena happening in large (huge) scale in the Galaxy, and I’m going to explore more of that in Part 2)
We can call this “noticing with close attention” a small “aha!” moment that feels really big…
The kind of feeling which manifest as “Wow, I can choose how I feel right now and I can choose what I hold to myself”
There’s no doubt of that: You can see and change reality
It’s inevitable the feeling that you can change the weight of what comes to you; being a word, a person, a happening or a situation from now on…
This puts the perspective of living in a good mood, if you think about it.
A feeling of sovereignty and clarity.
“You will continue to suffer if you have an emotional reaction to everything that is said to you. True power is sitting back and observing things with magic. True power is restraint. If words control you that means everyone else can control you. Breathe and allow things to pass.” (Often attribute to Bruce Lee, Mandela, Lincoln, and Warren Buffett.)
Emotional freedom gives you a clear translucent bubble where reality is seeing by what it is, and from that you’re able to change it by your perception.
People cannot disturb your field anymore, cause you’re seeing it (the field, the disturbance and the people). ****
It’s the beginning of a Real Energetic Mastery.
Almost like a home task I’ll give you the opportunity to understand more about your emotional triggers.
Better than that, what makes your Bubble to be crystal clear and enhance it.
You don’t need to give your emotional sovereignty to environments, situation or to others.
Choose your sensations.
Be the one who influence.
This is just the beginning of a Journey back to your true self.
